MassketchTerms of Use

Your use of Massketch is governed by the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) and these terms. Where they differ, the Apple EULA prevails.
Massketch Pro
- Massketch Pro is available as a monthly ($7.99) or yearly ($59.99) subscription — US prices; other countries are charged in local currency as shown in the App Store.
- The yearly subscription may include a 7-day free trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the paid period begins.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your content
Projects and files you create in Massketch are yours. You are responsible for the rights to images and data you add to a project.
Map data
Building, road and tree data © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL). Satellite imagery is provided by Esri and Apple under their terms; Apple Maps imagery is shown in the app only and is not exported. Map data is for reference and may differ from reality — verify it against official sources.
Liability
Area schedules and models from Massketch are intended for early design exploration and do not replace design documentation or engineering calculations.
